Obtaining clients brief and requirement including survey plan(s) and other statutory documents.

Visiting, appraising and analyzing the site, sourcing of statutory design data and information.

Analyzing the clients' requirement and sourcing other consultants input therein.

Undertaking a preliminary technical appraisal of a project to enable the client decide on the best direction to take in achieving his aim.

Preparing, illustrating and describing outline proposal in an appropriate format consisting of drawings and outline specifications sufficient enough to indicate spatial arrangements, material usage and design configuration with site arrangement and architectural massing.

Advising, and guiding the client on major decisions to be taken.
